Shipping Policy

Order Processing

 

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- All products ship directly from our facility.

- Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

 

Shipping Fees

- Shipping fees are  USPS STANDARD SHIPPING is $7.00 per item.

Multiple items in one order can be combined and fee calculated at checkout.  

  • For larger items, such as jade statues, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Use of this method is at the discretion of the store owner. 

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal for electronic payments. All transactions are encrypted.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected

Includes name, address, contact info, payment details, and site usage data.
